My wonderful Dad introduced me to mindfulness about 40 years ago and I owe him so much. Just as he gave me the gift of mindfulness, I would like to share that gift with you. By integrating the practice of mindfulness into your everyday life you will not only become more aware of yourself and the world around you, but it will also help you deal with whatever challenges life may throw at you.
