With many years experience in meditation and mindfulness, and with a Professional Qualification in Therapeutic Mindfulness, it gives me great pleasure in sharing what I consider to be the greatest gift you can give yourself. My wonderful Dad introduced my to mindfulness about 40 years ago and I owe him so much - Dad if you read this I want to thank you for giving me the greatest gift ever. Mindfulness though is a whole lot more than simply sitting still and quiet. Yes, this is a wonderful thing to do, formal practice. But the real power of mindfulness is being able to integrate it in to our every day lives, in to every day moments and in to every day challenges.
